Banana Milkshake
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups of vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
- 1 cup of milk
- 1-2 tablespoons of honey or sugar (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
- Dash of ground cinnamon (optional, for added flavor)
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the sliced bananas, vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, milk, and honey or sugar (if using).
2. If desired, add a dash of ground cinnamon for extra flavor.
3. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
4. Taste the milkshake and adjust the sweetness as needed by adding more honey or sugar.
5. If the milkshake is too thick, you can add more milk a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
6. Once blended to your liking, pour the banana milkshake into glasses.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing banana milkshake!
